Shipping Damage Options If your package is delivered to you with external shipping damage, contact me immediately to begin having a replacement order processed. Please include information about what products were damaged and send pictures of the product, the cardboard backing sheets inside the box, and the external box. Exchanges I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I take great care in mailing your prints, but if for some reason it is received damaged, please contact me immediately. Returns for any other reason will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please remember that images / coloring might appear slightly different on your computer monitor than the actual print. I want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me if you have any issues.
